The three siblings Ingvild, Hvard and Dag Arnold Gryting, now come out with their first CD. With this album release, the three Mamas Garden finally realized the dream they have carried on for many years. They've each long and broad experience as singers and backingsingers for artists such as Ravi, Sissel, MGP, Idol, Secret Garden, Carola, Josh Groban and Bill Champlin. In addition, those backing singers participated in a total of 30 record productions. Hvard Gryting wrote the disc's ten of the twelve strong and melodious tunes. The arrangements are built around the trio's distinctive three-tuned vocals. The lyrics, written by a philosopher and musician Sindre Ryland, are living close to and sometimes influenced by the singers' social commitment and professional ackground (respectively, the social worker in an orphanage, leisure consultant in prison and supervisor in the PP service). They call their music "fjordpop. If this
sounds vague, the music associated with a mixture of visepop with elements of country music.
